Please join us in giving a big Haley Marketing welcome to Sofía (Sofi) Guzmán, who’s joined our team as a Digital Marketing Advisor, reporting to Aaron Eastlack, Director of Digital Marketing.

Sofía is based in Bogotá, Colombia, and brings a rich background in journalism, communication, and digital strategy to her role. With a degree in Journalism from Universidad Externado in Colombia and a passion for storytelling, she’s built a career helping brands communicate more effectively and authentically across digital platforms.

Over the years, Sofía has worn many hats—content strategist, SEO specialist, branding consultant, and more—across industries and global teams. Her work is rooted in a belief that great marketing starts with listening, and she’s especially passionate about helping brands find their voice, craft human-centered content, and build a consistent presence online.

She’s already diving into her role at HMG, managing multiple client accounts, implementing data-driven marketing strategies, and delivering shareworthy service every step of the way.
