Get to Know Sergio Vargas S., Digital Marketing Advisor

We’re thrilled to welcome Sergio Vargas to the Haley Marketing team as our newest Digital Marketing Advisor!

With six years of B2B marketing experience and a sharp eye for paid media strategy, Sergio joins our Recruitment Marketing division where he’ll help staffing agencies optimize their programmatic job advertising campaigns. His work will focus on delivering measurable results through smart media buying, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.

Sergio is passionate about understanding the psychology behind business decisions and developing messaging that truly resonates. It’s this mindset—along with his track record of driving growth for a wide range of clients across healthcare, retail, beauty, and more—that makes him a perfect fit for Team Haley.

A bit more about Sergio:

Originally from Barranquilla, Colombia, Sergio was drawn to Haley Marketing’s mission of using marketing to create real, tangible impact for the staffing and recruiting industry. When he’s not busy diving into data or scaling results, you’ll find him out running or spending time with family to refresh and re-energize.
