Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1) Sponsor

This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Haley Marketing Group (“Sponsor”).

2) Agreement to Official Rules

By entering or participating in this Giveaway, you (“Entrant”) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

3) Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to staffing and recruiting firms that are legally organized and operating as a business at the time of entry.

To be eligible:

Entrant must be a staffing and/or recruiting business.

Entrant must provide accurate, complete, and current information.

Entrant must be authorized to enter on behalf of their company (for example: owner, executive, marketing leader, or other authorized employee).

Not eligible:

Individuals entering on behalf of non-staffing businesses

Sponsor’s employees, contractors, and household members (and any other individuals Sponsor deems ineligible at its sole discretion)

Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, generated by script/bot, or otherwise non-compliant

Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of eligibility and to disqualify any entry at any time.

4) Giveaway Period

The Giveaway ends on March 31, 2026 at 11:59pm ET (the “Giveaway Period”).
Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

5) How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, enter by completing and submitting the entry form located at: haleymarketing.com/staffing-website-giveaway

Limit: One (1) entry per person and/or per company (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, or not received due to technical issues, website outages, or other reasons.

6) Prize (One Winner)

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Starter Site Package from Sponsor (the “Prize”).

The Prize includes:

Starter Site (6 pages)

WordPress plug-in suite

Career portal (no ATS integration)

Up to 8 hours of copywriting

Foundational SEO

The Prize does not include:

Career Portal integration setup fee

Monthly hosting services fee

Monthly Career Portal software license fees

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $7,495

Important Prize Conditions (Scope + Limits)

The Prize is subject to the following conditions:

No cash or substitutions. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, assigned, or redeemed for cash.

Winner responsibilities. Winner must provide timely access to required materials and approvals, including (as applicable) domain/DNS access, branding assets, copy approvals, legal disclaimers, and any other inputs required to launch the site.

Timeline not guaranteed. Prize delivery timelines depend on winner responsiveness, scheduling, and production capacity. Sponsor does not guarantee a specific launch date.

Limits of included work. Work beyond the listed deliverables (including but not limited to additional pages, integrations, copywriting beyond 8 hours, additional SEO strategy, custom development, content migration, advanced design changes, or third-party software configurations) may require a separate agreement and additional fees.

Third-party services. ATS integration and other third-party connections may depend on third-party systems, access permissions, or vendor limitations. Sponsor does not guarantee compatibility with all third-party platforms, nor uninterrupted performance of third-party services.

No warranty. Prize is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Taxes. Winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes, if any.

7) Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8) Winner Notification and Verification

Sponsor will notify the potential winner via email using the email address provided at entry. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of notification (recommended), or the Prize may be forfeited.

Sponsor may require the potential winner to complete verification and/or sign documentation including, but not limited to:

Eligibility confirmation

Liability/publicity release (where permitted)

Any other documentation Sponsor deems reasonably necessary

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, is disqualified, or declines the Prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

9) Website Performance Review for Entrants

All entrants may receive a website SEO review as described on the Giveaway landing page.

Sponsor reserves the right to determine the format, contents, and delivery method of the website performance review and may not be able to fulfill reviews for entries that are incomplete, ineligible, or otherwise non-compliant.

10) Winner Interview / Webinar Participation (Condition of Prize Acceptance)

As a condition of receiving the Prize, the winner may be required to participate in Sponsor marketing activities, which may include a recorded interview, webinar appearance, written testimonial, or similar promotional participation (“Winner Participation”).

Winner Participation will be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time. Sponsor may record Winner Participation and may use the winner’s name, company name, logo, city/state, website screenshots, and testimonial statements (if provided) for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

If the winner is unwilling or unable to reasonably participate in Winner Participation within 60 DAYS] of Prize acceptance, Sponsor reserves the right to deem the winner ineligible and select an alternate winner.

11) Publicity + Case Study Permission

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Prize, winner agrees that Sponsor may use winner’s company name, logo, city/state, and testimonial statements (if provided) for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

12) Release of Liability

By entering, Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to:

Participation in the Giveaway

Acceptance, receipt, or use of the Prize

Technical issues, website downtime, or entry submission errors

Any claim related to third-party tools or services used in delivering the Prize

13) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Sponsor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Sponsor’s total liability related to the Giveaway shall not exceed the ARV of the Prize.

14) Sponsor’s Rights

Sponsor reserves the right to:

Disqualify any Entrant for violations of these Official Rules

Cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway

Interpret these Official Rules at Sponsor’s sole discretion

By entering, you understand Sponsor may contact you regarding:

Giveaway administration (including winner notification)

Delivery of the website performance review

Follow-up related to the review (including optional marketing communications)

16) Platform Disclaimer (Meta/Facebook/Instagram)

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

17) General Conditions

Entrants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
